Katy Tur

 Katherine Bear Tur, born on October 26, 1983 in America is a journalist for broadcast and author , who is an anchor at NBC News. Tur is anchor on MSNBC Reports. She has hosted Katy Tur Reports since 2021. She has been a reporter on the NBC news platforms Early Today and Today, NBC Nightly News as well as Meet the Press on WNBC-TV, MSNBC and The Weather Channel.



 



 Childhood and early life



 Tur is the daughter of journalists Zoey Tur and Marika Gerrard. She attended Brentwood School (2001) and University of California Santa Barbara (2005), with the degree of Bachelor of Arts in philosophy. She is Jewish.
